All of our products are made to order, which means each item is created especially for you after your purchase. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure every piece is carefully produced just for your home.

International deliveries may take a little longer. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary.
Tracking
Whenever possible, we provide tracking information so you can follow your order on its journey home. While tracking is available for most orders, it may not be guaranteed in all cases.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind. We truly encourage you to double-check product details and sizing before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If something doesn’t arrive as it should, for example:

- Damage
- A noticeable flaw or production error
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

- A replacement at no additional cost
In most cases, we won’t require the defective item to be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is requested, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.
Digital Products
Due to their digital nature, products classified as digital products will be available immediately after purchase.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in exceptional cases where the product is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed as delivered.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost, don’t worry — we review every case individually. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you find a solution.
Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information are outside of our control.
